Marilyn,

If you tolerate goat's milk, it can be used exactly the same as cow's
milk in recipes.  We raised our own goats for a few years and I made
yogurt, ice cream, cheese, etc.   Alas, I seem to be just as sensitive
to goat's milk as I am to cow's milk; however, our oldest son was able
to tolerate it, and I knew it was much better for the whole family than
store-bought cow's milk anyway.
