The recipe in Bette Hagman's book _The Gluten-Free Gourmet_ for hamburger
buns is terrific in my opinion and would seem to be cheaper than
ordering hamburger buns. As recommended in the cookbook, I bought the
english muffin rings. A package of 4 costs $3.95 in most of
the stores I have seen. When I do the recipe it makes about 12 hamburger
buns. They come out soft and in my opinion even better than 'normal'
hamburger buns.

Also Bette Hagman's recipe for pie crist in her book _More From the
Gluten-Free Gourmet_ is also even better than 'regular' pie crust in my
opinion. The crust rolls out easily and makes a very light and tasty crust.
