Hi all,

           earth

Author: Michael J. Roads
Title: Into a timeless realm
Subtitle: A metaphysical adventure
Publisher: s.a.
Year: 1995

This is a series of books, each closed in itself, but should be read
in the listed order. Although the titles are similar, the contents is
not. They all deal with spiritual journeys, but all journeys are very
different. In my oppinion the author is serious, i.e. the journeys
are r e a l and happened (no fiction).

Author: Jiddu Krishnamurti
Title: Talks with american students
Subtitle: -
Publisher: The Krishnamurti Foundation, London
Year: 1970

Author: B.K.S. Iyengar
Title: Light on Yoga
Subtitle: -
Publisher: George Allen & Unwin Ltd., London
Year: 1966

Author: Gopi Krishna
Title: Kundalini
Subtitle: The evolutionary energy in man
Publisher: Ramadhar & Hopman, New Delhi and Zurich
Year: 1967

Jiddu Krishnamurti and Gopi Krishna have reached the enlightened
state as far as I can see.

I've learned a lot from these books and recommend all of them as a
must read to spiritual interested readers. Iyengar focuses more on
yoga exercices but practising asanas also changes your mind
drastically.

Instinctive spiritual wishes,

Stefan
