Hi Wes, Hi Micaela,
Micaela, well discussions about raw fish always gets my attention. I
think for me and everyone I know, eating good fresh sashimi gives me
more of a charge than any other single food. I eat sashimi frequently,
and nearly daily when I can find a good fresh catch.

I believe that as future research firms up the information about raw
fats, fish fats will be found to protect your body from heart disease
and other nasty ailments. I heard that exact finding on the news last
week but haven't hunted down the source yet. I doubt if it's a study
using raw fish, but the reporter definitely said that consuming
supplements containing the fish fat did NOT do the same thing for people
in the study.
