I think that's what Tom is doing. Getting people to unfold the map and read
it right side up is the problem. You can lead a horse to water but
sometimes it won't swim without goggles ;)

FWIW, I feel that most of Tom "realisms" about raw food diets apply in
spades to idealist instinctos. (The drop-out rate of instinctos is
reportedly as high as the more vegetarian 100% raw diets.)

As for your newbie friends, I wish the first thing I had ever read about
raw foods was a bunch of Tom's posts--but at the time I would've dismissed
most of it as not applying to _instinctos_ who are so very very advanced,
doncha know ;) :)
