I wasn't talking about suppressing tropical fruits for theoretical
reasons (i.e. you must eat foods that are available in your country,
and in season), but for financial reasons. I still accept cheap
tropical fruits, like oranges or avocados. Because if you really
wanted to eat foods that you could find by yourself in nature, you
would have to suppress quite a lot of things, like fish (if you
don't live near the coast), avocados... And I don't thing it would
be good for health. In ancient times, hunter-gatherers had plenty of
time to search for extremely varied foods. Now, only fruits and vegetables
that are easy to grow (high rentability) are available.

Sorry, I wanted to say: 2/14 of my meals are NON-vegan. I think that I
eat less than 5% animal food. That's funny, because, as a 5% RAF-eater,
some persons would qualify me as "carnivorous" (instead of "omnivorous"),
whereas someone eating 10% cooked food can be reasonably considered as
a raw food eater.

By the way: one pound = app. 450 g. To convert lbs into kgs, divide by 2
and substract 10%. To convert kgs into lbs, multiply by 2 and add 10%.
And to convert $/lbs into F/kg, multiply by 10 and add 30% (rough
calculations).

Best bloody carnivorous wishes,

Jean-Louis
