Bruno should have answered that question. Pending his reaction, I can
reassure you : out of the millions of species ans sub species of insects,
very very few of them are known to be toxic.  With a few exceptions, most of
these toxic insects are bright colored, and live in the tropical zone. So
you can safely continue your entomophageous experience...
