I try to make my notes accurately reflect the speaker, regardless of whether
the speaker is correct (or not). I think I have given an accurate summary
of the speaker's view. That said, I disagree with this speaker on this
(and other points). When he said the above, I immediately thought of
cholera - a 'filth' disease that is still found in Africa and occasionally
parts of Asia. I didn't mention this in my notes at the end, as I thought it
to be self-evident.
So, if it is notes from a talk/workshop, it is not necesarily my opinion -
it is the speaker. I found the talk interesting because it was similar in
many ways to the 'toxemia is the root of all disease' theory (which I
diagree with) that is so prevalent in certain raw food circles. That is
why I posted the notes.
