We recently picked up a bottle of Stevia powder.  I previously had
trouble finding it, so don't give up.

The one we have is made by NOW, Now Foods, Glendale Heights, IL 60139.

We got it at our local health food store.  If you can't find it you might
want to contact the manufacturer.  Or, your health food store can order
it for you.

It's an herb and you need only 1/4 of 1/8 tsp. per 1 oz. of water.  It's
approximately $10 for a 1 oz. bottle.

It is hypo-allergenic and has no side effects.
