Kirt wrote a long one about fats, animal fats versus plant fats, from an
instincto perspective. And at the end:

>Comments? I am just wondering out loud about this...

My comment is that everyday the intensitiy of my curiosity and appeal to the
instincto line grows and grows. At the very least, I am going to read as
much as possible about it. At the most, I might end up eating who knows what
who knows where...

It's very refreshing to hear instincto ideas when you have been reading
traditional hygiene like a mad dog for three years. Great posting.

I have one technical question:

-- Do you know anything about the possible chemical/molecular cause of what
you are saying? What could be about animal fats that our bodies crave and
that could not be satisfied with plant fats?
