Acres, P. O. Box 10, Eidson, Tennessee, 37731 by calling (423)272-1800.
Halleluiah Acres had recommended I get it at a different place, more
reasonably...  The other number is 1-800-456-2462, for which you get 2
bottles (total 2 months' supply) for $60.  (You have to have a sponsor
number to order from them, but you can give Dr. Malkmus'  sponsor number,
#62124.

I just started taking it about two weeks ago, and I do see some
improvement.
