VE> But do you think that eating so much fruit, like
VE>all morning, could cause blood sugar problems in some folks?
 VE>Sandy

Hi Sandy,

I had nothing but fruit this morning until noon. I started the day with
a smoothie and had nothing else until noon. I monitored my blood sugar
levels with my wife's kit (she had to punch the hole in my finger) and
it stayed at 80 (middle of the normal range) all morning. I think that
this points out that everyone is different. By the way, according to
Natural Hygiene, fruit takes zero energy for the body to digest. Normal
digestion, of vegetables and concentrated starches and proteins takes
the most energy of any activity.
