Thanx for sharing this and the Bernie Seigel story.  I enjoyed reading
that.  I find that I am the opposite in most things:  Setting up a "zero
tolerance" rule is the only way I can keep from going hog-wild!
Sometimes a Weight-Watchers type limitation can work.  But no rule, then
I'm in the junk-food junkie realm (she says, cup of coffee in her hand...)
