Hi, Everyone!

The subject of distilled vs. bottled water came up. I'd like to tell you
about my experience.

About 10 years ago I became a fruitarian, age nothing but fresh fruits,
and twice a week I would allow myself a green salad (like when I was
dining out with friends.)

In the 3 years that I stayed on that diet I DID NOT DRINK ANY LIQUIDS!
Fruit is 70% water, the same as our bodies which re 70% water, the same
as the earth, 70% water.

Even on the hottest days of summer when everyone around me was gulping as
much liquid refreshment as they could get, I NEVER got thirsty.

Always remember that there is no such thing as "pure" water anymore...no
matter where you are getting it from. The water coming out of your
kitchen faucet has been through somebody's toilet at least six times,
been used for washing cars, been through the bodies of AIDS patients and
Cancer patients, etc., etc., etc.

The most perfect form of water is that which is taken up into the trees
and plants, perfect filtering!

I just recently returned to sensible eating (New Year's resolution). I
had succumbed to listening to my family and friends, instead of listening
to my body. I'm 65 years old and during those 3 years on fruit I never
felt better in my life.
