				i return.  i left monday morning, before
6am.  now, saturday afternoon, i have 157 unread messages.

	scrolling down the list, i noticed majordomo@bolis.c... and
clicked on the title: "Welcome to raw-food"

	looking forward to reading more about what lead up to and
followed this message.  my ignorant impression at this moment:

		1) veg-raw
		2) raw-food
		3) food-raw

	in order of increasing pleasure (to this receiving unit).
perhaps a historical progression?  (call right now the "middle ages" ;-))
