so tired that I feel like skipping dinner and going to bed. I'm so
fatigued, it's hard to even get the energy to eat. I've noticed that when
I do go ahead and drag myself to the table to eat, I don't feel as tired
after the meal!.... Should I have my blood sugar checked again? Would my

I also have had similar sounding symptoms. I seem to have
noticed this phenomenon mostly when I was NOT following a
strict GF diet. I also was very suspect of diabetes or
possibly glucose intolerance or something else related.
I had all the tests--diabetes, glucose tolerance,
insulin tolerance (I think), etc. and they were all normal.
I hope this helps.
Good luck.
