>Hi,Tom...this was a long post, forgive me if in condensing some I wish to

>for it, gently, gently if you please!

Tom:
Reminder: whenever I post notes from a lecture or workshop, I am trying to
accurately reflect the statements of the speaker(s), whether I agree with
the speaker or not. It is best to not make any assumptions about whether I
agree 100% with any speaker(s) or not. Of course, your reactions to the
speaker's material are relevant and of interest (just note that it is the
speaker, and not me, that you are reacting to).

>of the same food one would find in any plant material?

Tom:
I don't have the references available, but I have read that plants can and do
contain human hormone chemicals. Examples are: progesterone in wild yam, and
estrogen in soybeans (asparagus root is reported to be high in hormones
as well). If this is not true, perhaps someone can give references?

Pat:
>I think this list would find Theo Colborn's book, "Our Stolen Future", of
>vital and imperative interest.

Tom:
I have heard of this book but have not read it. If you have the time, I think
many on this list would be interested in your comments on the book (I am
interested).

Regards,
Tom Billings
