I just ate a late breakfast of raw venison marinated in lemon juice with hot
peppers, a little basil, and a chopped tomato, and I immediately started to
feel jittery and a bit shaky. Anyone have some idea what this could be
about? I've eaten this many times before but never had a reaction. I
suspect it has stimulated some kind of detox -- but so quickly? Or maybe
it's the stimulatory effect of the chiles?
I'm Puzzled....
