Hi
I am posting this to the list for the benefits of other travellers.

Celiac disease = Zoeliakie
  gluten = Gluten /
gluten free = Gluten Frei /
 gluten intolerance = Gluten Intoleranz

I also like to remind other travellers that in europe you will find a lot
of products labeled glutenfree with ingredients that you might not allow
your self in north america. (like wheatstarch for example)

Ihn ger many i suggest to go into store chains that are called:
Reformhaus/Neuform.
These are stores similar to healthfood stores and they are franchises sort
of. you will find them in nearly every city and you can look in the Gelbe
Seiten (yellow pages) to locate them.
I suggest to look for the following brands.
Hammermuehle
Sybille Diaet
Drei Pauly
Dr. Shaer
Bi Aglut

there might also be local suppliers that would cater to you.

happy travelling
ted Wolff
