Hello List,

I have been cooking gf for over 5 years, but lately I've been more
concerned aabout cross-contamination in my kitchen. Although some of my
implements are dedicated to the gf food (colander, spaghetti fork), I
interchange most other utensils. Of course, they are always washed in
between (and I mean wahsed with soap and hot water , or in the dishwasher,
not just rinsed). I no longer use wooden spoons for the gf cooking/baking,
as I wasn't sure if they would come perfectly clean. But pots, pans, spoons,
forks, knives, measuring spoons and cups are used interchangeably. I do keep
foods that are dipped into, such as peanut butter, jelly, and cream cheese,
separated using stickers on the lids. I also keep boxed foods separated by
space, but some of them share the same cupboard with wheat -containing foods.

     Please send me your ideas/suggestions.
