Yes, but usually poor quality, hardly ever raw and usually with a lot
of cooked & refined carbohydrates and fats. Add smoking, drinking
coffee, alcohol & pasteurized milk, drugs (perscription or
recreational) and living a stressful lifestyle in a toxic, alienating
environment, and it is very probable that meat has been given an unfair
rap. Going on a vegan/vegetarian diet will usually improve on a lot of
these factors and the fact that it is healthier than the SAD (Standard
American Diet)does not say much. That would be like me claimimg to be
the best of all singers because I had a better voice than Tiny Tim or
Cher in her early days.:-)
