Good points, Pierre.

The "#" means "pounds" in this context  (1.25 pounds non-melon sweet
fruit or 1.5 pounds melons).  This daily intake limit works better in the
long run for most people.  Otherwise they end up eating too much sugar
and ruining their adrenals eventually.
