Hi all,
About all of the hypoglycemia posts...I went to a lecture given by Brian
Clemente from the Hippocrates Health Institute. He also said that he
rarely eats fruit because fruit as we know it today is much different
from that a long time ago. According to him, (I have no facts to back
this up) fruit has been altered to make it much sweeter. Because of
this, he skips fruit most of the time.
Take care everyone,
Meredith
