I take a vitamin B-12 supplement (chewable lozenges, 2000 mcg., 1/day).
I am also experimenting with different types of dried barley grass. It 's
not a miracle worker, but it does seem to have a positive effect on
my energy level. You might want to experiment with that, see if it has any
effect on you.
I also take some Ayurvedic herbs (triphala churna, amalaki), and aloe vera
juice/gel, on a daily basis.
