Lynton:
Well when I was on raw fruit, I would eat whenever and as often as I wanted
to.  Now I have some RAF at least once a day, I find I have 2 meals with a
fruit snack when I go to bed.  (I start the day with carrot juice and drink
rehydrated barley-leaf juice during the day.
