Things seem to be going much better now that I've made a rather large
quantity (some 10 tbs) of many mixed sprouts one of the actual meals
during my day (before, I would just have a tbs or so of them after eating
blended salads or such; along the lines of what is suggested in the
Ultimate Raw Diet). This seems to be helping a great deal in regaining
energy, removing the feeling of weakness and stabilizing my weight. Then
again, you can never tell for sure; maybe my "transition" period has just
ended at about the same time. Either way, I am exactly where I originally
intended to be - 100% raw, maintaining my weight, not feeling weak and not
experiencing any health problems. It seems to have been worth the wait
and suffering/detox. :)
