Lynton:
I used to food combine, now I'm just free-flowing and observing the
consequences.
Sometimes I do single-food meals for a bit, then mix it different ways.
I do avoid the protein-starch problem tho by avoiding the starch entirely
(at the moment - its all experimental, who knows, I could be back on cooked
next year (I don't think so, Tim)).
What I have decided is that its important to get enough good fluids.
