I think loss of bulk/weight is the toxic/rubbish content being excreted.
I guess loss of energy has to do with the level of nutrition, because it
seems to me that its difficult to just "eat raw" satisfactorily. There are so many
opinions of what to do. ND its a new way of eating, it seems to take time for the\
senses to learnto "read" the situations.

The body did adapt to cooked food, and sickness is part of the adaptations
result. For me it has been quite frustrating, I just wanted to start eating raw, and
everything would be great !
What helps, if you have the inclination and opportunity, is to include some
of the power foods in your diet:
fresh barley-grass juice ( or dehydrated at least )
fresh carrot juice as much of these as you can manage, and keep up light exercise,
 walking etc.

I don;t know if you are trying 100% raw, or what your approach is, so I
won;t comment further.

keep ;>) - at least a bit?
Lynton.
