I try to follow his plan, but I still want to treat myself to fruit at
bedtime (I go to bed at before 8 PM and am up around 2-4 AM), so I
usually have an acid fruit around 10 AM, mid-afternoon I have protein and
veggies, and in the evening some sweeter fruit, but lately I've had some
nuts after the morning fruit and some eggs in the evening. I think I over
did the protein. I was trying to increase the amount of fat, because of
Aajonus Vonderplanitz recommendation that more fat (He even suggests
eating raw meat and fish together) might help my macular degeneration.

I started Cassia in Jan this year. Then I was concerned I might have an
amoeba so I've stopped it for periods to see what would happen. I seem to
be bloated at times, and not sure if it's an amoeba or that I have been
eating too many proteins in one day. I hope it's the latter, and I am
cutting back on protein. I found that some wild Salmon didn't taste that
delicious to me, and I would like to try it again after I've cut back on
the other proteins for a while.

Which kind of fat do you like on the lamb chops? The soft,

The soft white is sometimes too fatty, but the hard white is delicious,
especially mixed with the meat.

Yes, definitely the fatty part. I found the part of the head behind the
eye of a mackeral and some other part of the brain delicious, not much of
it and it was bloody, but I enjoyed it. Some parts of the belly had a
sharp taste and I avoided it. I like the liver. I would like to try a
tuna head, but can only get farm raised tuna. Do you think I should try
it?

I realize that, but it gives me ideas what to try when others share their
personal experiences. Thanks for doing that. I smile each time I read
your way of signing off.

My best, Ellie
