I would like that pesto on a bowl of fresh mung bean sprouts, and maybe with
some (very fresh) sliced mushrooms. I bet it would taste great as a sauce for
a bowl of freshly grated carrots, too.
Could you post your pesto recipe? I've never made it so don't even know the
basic recipe!
