And one thought I forgot to mention,
     What exactly are the "tests" for?  If you are Vitamin B12 deficient,
does that matter?  Perhaps on a vegetarian dietary you don't need so much B12
to digest your food, depending on what you eat.  Are you being compared to
"normal" people who eat anything?  I would question the basic principles
before worrying about being low in some nutrient as compared to the normal
population.  After all, you are eating a far better dietary than most people.

     In the United States, there has recently been some disagreement about
medical research since most studies had used only men.  Women wanted more
studies to be done on them, since they are so much different.  Perhaps those
of us who eat so much differently than the general population are also unique
and need different studies...
