I haven't noticed a difference in taste, but a definite difference in
texture (and not for the better) in my morning smoothie since I began
soaking the almonds. I do it anyway, though, to get rid of the pesky
enzyme inhibitors.

I bought some to fill the niche of peanut-butter-stuffed-celery. Pretty
bland.

I'm not sure whether you mean addiction or digestion. I do have
trouble with digestion (only if raw) if I overdo it. No addiction
problems (yet).
