a transition or a one day switch over.
I would be interested in hearing people's stories too. Especially as to
how people are able to eat all (or mostly all?) raw foods and still hold
jobs in the real world, and still go out to eat in restaurants and, even
more, to people's homes for dinner and party invitations.
I'm sure that eating raw foods is the healthiest way to eat. It's just
very difficult to sustain. Maybe if I lived on an island in the south
pacific, where there were lots of fresh organic pineapples and mangos,
etc....

I don't grow sprouts either. Many reasons: I have yet to buy a filter for
tap water (don't know which is the purest), I don't want to attract
cockroaches, apt's small, busy schedule.
