I am compiling a list of questions for obtaining gluten free meals at
restaurants. So far I have:
1. Is your chicken premarinaded?
2. Do you make your chicken broth from scratch or a can or boullion?
3. Are the french fries fried in the same oil as breaded products like
fried fish or chicken nuggets?
4. Is the hamburger cooked on a grill free of bread crumbs?
5. Will the cook know to prepare my food away from bread crumbs?
6. May I read the ingredients on the mix myself?
7. Are the croutons already added to my salad?
8. What kind of soy sauce do you use?
I would appreciate other suggestions for typical questions to ask at
restaurants in the U.S. as well as ethnic restaurants in the U.S.
