I recently found a really superb and yummy gluten free brownie mix at
my health food store and wanted to share this info with you. It is
called Pamela's Wheat Free/Gluten Free Ultra Chocolate Brownie Mix.
In fact, it tastes even better than any of the standard flour brownie
mix that I ever baked in the past! The same company also has other
rice flour based cookies and desserts (that I am definitely going to
be trying!).
