Saurday October 12 from 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. there will be a raw food
workshop at ALFI, The Living Foods Institute in Glendale, CA. Price:
$95. To register call 818-952-4940. ALFI wants to teach people how to
make gourmet living foods. They heat many of their dishes on skillets
being careful to keep the temp. under 105 degrees, make 'warm' soups in
the Wintertime and use butter in many of their recipes. Some of their
dishes have been featured on "Elysa's Raw & Wild Food Show" shown here
locally on cable in Santa Monica. I have no affiliation at all with
ALFI and the workshop Oct. 12 will be my first visit to the place. I
hope to meet some of you there.
