Hi Mark!

I think your concerns about water in plastic are well founded.  A good friend
of mine who is a chemical engineer told me she will not drink water which has
been contained in plastic because even if it didn't get warm, the plastic
still leaks into the water so much so that at her work they will not use
water that has been in any contact with any type of plastic.  I now carry my
own R.O. water in 11 oz. glass bottles.
