This 'day at a time' method works for me too. Also, when I'm craving,
it's because I unconsciously want something to suppress an uncomfortable
feeling. Maybe I'm angry at someone, but don't even realize it. It helps
me to take a pillow and bang on the bed. If I know who I'm angry at it's
best. Anger is a great antidepressant.
