you noticed the gelatin factor. i did, too, as i talked
with boyd. he said only, "the gelatin we get is kosher." then something
about exploring carageenan (a seaweed) and something else i can't
recall. i didn't write these items down, and somehow missed them in my
report. will i waver from my 100% raw path, going 99 & 44/100 instead?
not yet, at least. but what about the bit of salt that i eat in my
occasional raw cow/goat cheese? or the sea salt in nama shoyu? i shall
talk some more with boyd & i will make my own kefir if i hafta. set the
crock pot to 110F for 4-5 hours, perhaps sprinkling in some cannabis leaves &
flowers before hand... doctor reccomended! and stueve's sure don't use
that recipe!
