Truly fascinating, Roy...I do my own sprouting, too, and am fairly fanatic
about washing out the unsprouted seeds--dunno if that is an instintive
distaste or a caution or a trained fastidiousness--whatever , I don't sprout
stuff often, but I particularly love Sproutman's buckwheat and radish rose
sprouts in sandwiches and salads--oops, gave my dietary perfidity away,
didn't I? (Well, I'm "thinking on it", as we say here in the deep south).
Jaffe Bros. (P.O. Box 636; Valley Center, CA 92082 carry's organic seed,
too, but large quantity (2#), as well as organic beans, dried fruits, grains,
nuts---. I have lost my Sproutman address, ***HINT***!!!
