Hello everybody, my name is Axel, I live in Argentina, I have been on raw
food for the last two years, and would like to hear from anybody who knows
of statistics that have to do with the practice of cooking. Things like
amount of energy wasted in the process; percentage of trees cut down
worldwide for cooking; energy spent for the cultivation of some raw
food(basically some fruit or nut), in comparison with grains, including the
energy spent for cooking afterwards; any possible system for providing raw
food for most of humanity, given the current global population, etc. I am
very interested in any info related to the practice of cooking, its
implications in the production of energy worldwide. Thanks to anybody who
can provide some help.
Best regards to all raw fooders,
axel
