I've just mixed the sprouted grains (wheat, barley; haven't tried oats yet)
with  rehydrated dried fruit (raisins, chopped apricots, but could use apples,
pears, etc.) and some soaked raw nuts (chopped walnuts, pecans, almonds).

Eat slowly and enjoy.
