If I'm feeling lazy or in a rush to go out I find eating a large meal
of raw greens and roots very tiresome. Chances are I'll skip the meal
altogether.
Just recently I've tried dumping the whole meal into a blender with a
pint of water and switching on. The end result is 2 pints of slush
which I drink as fast as I can before it oxidizes too much. Now I
guess the puritans amongst you will frown on this practice and argue
that the food won't get a proper mixing with saliva first. Also I've
noticed that taking food this way makes me constipated...dunno why it
should.
