announcement. If you would like to read more, you can find it at

(there is a hot link to the EverYoung - The Anti-Aging Newsletter)
By the way, it is FREE.

As a practicing scientist and general observer of human behavior, I am
constantly amazed at how the power of the mind influences our physical,
mental and spiritual well-being. I have always believed that if negative
thoughts can bring about poor health and disease, then positive thoughts
can create good health and wellness. This concept has always seemed very
logical and absolutely crystal clear to my sense of balance and proportion. That
if we are our body chemistry it follows then that pessimists or
hypochondriacs produce "bad or unhealthy chemicals" and optimists "good or
healthy chemicals." It is easy to believe that bad health can be created through
negative thoughts. Why not just as easily believe in the power of the
mind to think good thoughts and thus create good health? It is a reflection of
the medical community's reactive mind set and our society's poor attitude
towards taking responsibility for our own health that there are words for
creating our own diseases (hypochondria, psychogenic illness, psychosomatic illness)
yet none for creating good health.

I choose to follow a different path; to create words that reflect the
positive mental states that create and enhance good health. I choose new concepts
with descriptive words such as psychogenic health, psychosomatic wellness,
and hyperchondria
