Hi
I'm new here, sent by the kind folks at various other veggie places,
who tell me this is where the people who know about sprouting hang
out.
What I'd like to know is how to get mung beans to sprout really huge,
like the poison, evil (but yum in stir-fries) ones in the stores.
Others have hinted at mysterious pressure techniques and gasses, but
I've yet to turn up the nitty-gritty details.
