Hi There,

I recall you said you abandoned your instincto diet because it was too
high in fats. From the new stuff we have learned from the zone principle, do you still
feel the same about instincto?

I realize that anopsology is an approach rather than a diet. Still, I'm
interested in finding out if a anopsologist could somehow "steer"
themselves to being more in tune with the zone principle.
