OK, OK, let's say we need some RAF. Let's also say I need some for
improving my physical condition. This is all just an exercise for me to learn. Let
say, also, that because of my current cultural background, I am unable to
eat meat of any kind. I might go for an egg, or for some dairy, MAYBE (this
is very interesting; it sounds as if I were trying to justify my current
cultural (is it only cultural?) opposition to meat eating, as if I were some
sort of fundamentalist, je). Now, the QUESTION:

Is there any known way in which I could replace the nourishment that comes
from flesh, or it is possible to be well-nourished with non-flesh animal
products?

Is the necessity of RAF universal for the human species, or some people
could do perfectly well permanently without any RAF?

Does it have to do with past dietary aberrations, does this make your need
for it more acute?

I could eat all sorts of complicated meals, and weird ingredients just to
avoid eating meat, at this point. Please understand my posture, while I am
still trying to understand and "feel" RAF without any cultural conditioning.
It=B4s not the easiest thing I have attempted to do, I tell you. My heart
fights my mind, differents parts of myself pull to get my attention, and the
RAR subjects remains unresolved, as far as this argentinian guy is
concerned. Regards,
