Hello, I am a new subscriber to this celiac list.  I am seeking knowledge in
reference to my son Christopher.  He is presently 3 years of age and has had
many difficulties during his first three years of life.  He mainly is
suffering from a severe speech delay with other global delays.  He has been
to many specialists including Vanderbilt Hospital.  However, still no
direction only labels.  A friend told me about food allergies where I have
been trying to figure it out by myself.  This is a new area that I feel lost
at.  I need help in eliminating  his diet.
     I had very good results when I eliminated dairy products. He is calmer
than usual without dairy.
     Christopher's  main illnesses have been speech delays, developmental
delays, recurring otitis media, febrile seizures, hyperactivity, etc.  I
would like any information that would be of help to me to help Christopher
and get him on the right track.  I am interested in Yeast, Milk, and Gluten
Allergies.
