This reason, in itself, should not have been the one who decided you to
unsubscribe Laurie (I hope).

I did not have time yet to read all the last batch of messages, but,
considering those I have read, I never felt any sign of intolerance. The fact
that Laurie has a large experience in biochemestry, nutrition, etc... and
wanted to rectify some fallacies or half truth has certainly irritated some
subscribers.

I agree (particularly the last sentence), and I think it fair to warn
someone of their alleged indescretions first, in public, prior to
removal. It is a shame to lose his quality arguments because he "comes
over strong" occassionally. S'pose getting kicked off vegan-l then
sci-veg makes it a nice 3. :(

-would you reconsider Michael please? There are many lists that lack
such experienced individuals, and they are the worse for it.
For me it is the quality of the list members experiences, and the
strengths of a debater that enrich a list, like choosing a serious book
over a comic. Otherwise, thanks for the great list!
