I went to pick up my old standby at the grocery store today and the top of
the container is green now ("Red Alert!") so I looked at the label; they
have removed the rice flour and put in modified food starch (source
unspecified). I have not had time to call Nestle about it (and I fear I'll
cry on the phone if I try; Contadina -- full fat -- Alfredo Sauce has been
such a standard in our family) so maybe it's still safe but I'm not taking
any chances till I know for sure.
